Tunes at the Tip took a transcendent turn Wednesday with our first-ever concert on the rooftop, starring Portland’s 1776 and the Bay Area’s Rachel Fannan. The fog cooperated, providing excellent visual interest, and not too much cold, leaving only the musicians to deliver chills. In a word: beyond awesome.
